Wallpaper location

Where is the wallpaper file saved in XP? I set it to a photograph which I no longer have on my computer, but obviously Windows makes a copy of it somewhere. I would like to find this file so that if I change my wallpaper in future I can always change it back to this... (and no, I do not have any copies of this file)

Should be in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper (for Windows XP).

It isn't, I already looked in there. That only contains the default wallpapers, not my custom one. It has to be somewhere as it gets reloaded each time I boot...

Windows also stores your personal pictures for wallpaper in the "My Pictures" folder.
