Guys and gals, How do I get rid of this worm? Norton has identified it but cannot remove it. All help is much appreciated, but please keep it simple, Im not quite so computer literate. Many thanks in anticipation.

Guys, Thanks very much the worm is dead. Another problem though. My puter is not recognising my DVD drive, could the worm have done something? How do i restore the DVD drive? Cheers, Steve.

be suprised - open her up and see if all the connections are right - you should have a thin wide IDE cable and a power cable going into the drive and the IDE lead should plug into the motherboard. also check if its listed in the BIOS.
