W32.Spybot.Worm keeps re-appearing!

Hi all,
I use the Symantic Antivirus (Corporate Edition) Virus Protection program and I think it was a couple of days ago when I started getting repeated notifications about the "W32.Spybot.Worm" being found (each time the worm is found, it is quarantined, only to show back up 5 minuts later). It shows up in a file named "OPEN_ME.EXE" which trys to go into my "All Users/Documents" folder.
I took Symantic's advice and updated my virus definitions (which were already updated) and ran a system scan. The scan turned up clean but I'm still receiving notifications of the "W32.Spybot.Worm" being found on my computer.
Does anyone know what this is about??? I looked at the processes running and nothing suspicious is running right now. I think this may have started when I accidentally opened Kazaa the other day.
follow the removal instructions. You must disable system restore first to fix it.

Also you might wanna turn system restore OFF and do a NAV scan in safe mode. I think the file may in use which is why it can't be deleted or system restore is bringing it back.
In the meantime, try to stay off kazaa, there have been rumours that files are being uploaded with harmful viruses in them.
Well looks like the record industry are taking no prisoners LOL.
