W32.Spybot.Worm had infected my PC

My AntiVirus detected a virus called W32.Spybot.Worm, I tried to delete it, but it wont let me. Do I have to erase everything from my computer and load it again? What can I do?

Please let me know if you have any advise

I received the same one today, but my anti-virus protection alerted me about it and automatically deleted the file.
