For several months now, Norton Antivirys 2005 has picked up the virus w32.licium in my World of Warcraft folder. It repairs them, but then corrupts them which then means I have to use the blizzard repair tool, and this takes ages. It only seems to affect WoW, and I did a full system scan and it cant be removed. I now have Windows Firewall on, but the Internet Worm Protection is off on Norton because the wireless network wont work when it is on. 1. Any idea how to remove the annoying virus, or should I just reformat? 2. Should Windows Firewall, or should I use something else?

I suspect that it's a false positive. try an online check at http://housecall.antivirus.com/ Or check with Norton. I've gotten a couple false positives in the past few years. Sorry, I do not check for private messages
