vsmon.exe error

CPU/Ram: 3.6ghz/1gb

after pc run a while i get this massag pop up:
vsmon.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c901010" refrenced memory
at "0x0177b5ec". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

I click on OK but then I get
true vector Service has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

then my computer will slow down or some case freeze altogether.when i restart pc using reset button it seems to be on again.
its happen randomly.

plz help
