I've used VPN a lot on 2K... but when I upgraded to XP, I can't get it to work. It immediately fails with an error 800: Unable to establish connection... etc. Its like some weird security setting is getting in my way... yes, firewall is OFF!

Any ideas? How do I refresh the install of the VPN files in case some were missed in the upgrade?

Generally, error 800 means: hey, no packets are getting out to the internet. Are you able to ping out to the internet to say, yahoo.com?

Using an older Cisco Router? Try upgrading the firmware.
