VPN connections

OS: Win XP RC2
CPU/Ram: 2600/256Mb

I need to find a way or program that will allow me to create a VPN connection using the Windows VPN connection software, with all the required settings - add this to an exe or zip file and allow other users to run the program and install the vpn without needed to go through the usual process. Does anybody know a way of doing this?
