vpn connection to server 2000

I install ed a von connection on XP to access my server2000 where I set up routing asn ras, I can log into ther server but cannot access files or folders. Please help

1) TRy the networking forum on the left since VPN is still networking.

2) The said folders and files may not be set to be shared with your login user.

thanks for answering I do show a connection on my server from the vpn client that I'm trying to connect with and do have some folders that are share and have given the client permission. I will try the networking section for some help thanks again
