Vontage VOIP email settings??

I have a friend that has just moved into a place with Vontage VOIP, his computer will now only receive email but not send. I'm sure he has to change his SMTP settings but not sure what they are for Vontage.

I don't think that is it. Vonage is not an ISP so they should not have changed. More likely the service or hardware is blocking the port or is misconfigured. He should call Vonage and talk to customer service.
