Comment:

My audio is very low (well it allways was) in WMP / Flash etc. But when it is played through VLC player (and vol increased to 400%) it is pretty loud using the internal speakers. Using headphone is not an option since I use my laptop for demo of my company's product. But the problem is the software uses WMP. So is there a hack or something which can boost the default audio volume ?

shaunak.it, SWAG, could it be your settings in WMP? Take a look at it's properties and see.
