Volume ICON disappears .. :(

I’m having problem with the volume icon on the taskbar. Each time after rebooting my computer that icon disappears. I’ve disabled “Hide Inactive Icons” from the taskbar and start menu properties and from the “Sound and Audio device properties I’ve enabled “Place the volume icon in the taskbar”. It’s too much bothering. Each time after opening my computer I’ve to disable “Place the volume icon in the taskbar” and then again I’ve to enable “Place the volume icon in the taskbar” to get the sound Icon in the taskbar. Can anybody help me how I can repair that problem permanently? Thanking you; Razib.
