OS: win xp home sp1
CPU/Ram: 2.6Ghz

I cannot access my volume controls, even when i go to control panel and access it there, the device volume slider is greyed off and in the volume controls there are only 3 sliders, which are, wave ,sw synth and CD playerl. Thee is no master volume or midi sliders. Also in volume control you can't access the advanced controls when you go in to option as this is greyed off as well.

Go to Start and click on Help and Support. In the search slot type;

“Parts of Volume Control Are Cut Off at Some Resolutions”

Look near the bottom of the left column and find the section with 2 items found; open it. The article gives you several reasons and fixes.

You may be able to access M$ and search for the following article.
