VOBs are actually MPG2 files. So depending upon your circumstances, you might be able to just change the extension from VOB to MPG.
Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

Search for "Super C", it's free and it does it all.
Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!

ham30 is correct. However, sometimes there are other things such as protection that stop the simple renaming process from working. Vobedit is a free demuxer of vob files. it will give you a m2v file and an audio file. They can be re-muxed into an mpeg with many programs such as ImagoMPEGMuxer. Super C is another that claims to do all this. The beauty of vobedit is that it will join up all the vob files and give you a completed dvd as an m2v file and not just single, seperate vob/mpg files.

Summary: I need a program that can convert 3GP video to mpeg 2 or wmv. Does anyone know of any software that can do so? All I have found is software that can convert mpeg 2 etc to 3GP, not the other way around...
