As you may know, Computers purchased recently get a free upgrade to Windows Vista. I will be cashing in on that. Why not? Its free. The upgrades run through the company you purchased your computer from. I bought mine from Toshiba. So, i need to go to " http://www.vistaupgrade.toshiba.com ". I suggest you also go to make sense of this. At the bottom, you select your country. I am from Canada, so select Canada. Page refreshes, then click the Windows Vista button. Brings a page of notes, then click next at the bottom. This new page has no options. The drop down menus are empty, I cant select anything, therefore I cant continue. Try it with United States and it works though. But Im in Canada, so I guess I cant use that one. What should I do about this because its their website and I cant really do anything about it.

With regard to what you should do....I suggest you contact Toshiba and let them know about the problems you're having with their website.

Speaking solely for myself, I don't work for Toshiba so there's nothing I can do aside from what I just told you to do (ie: contact them and tell them their website isn't working properly).

I doubt many of the other regulars in here work for Toshiba either so telling us about the problem isn't going to do any good with regard to having the problem fixed.....

Sorry, I should have gone to Toshiba.ca to get the link, not Microsoft.com. Stupidity on my part.
