Vision and Keycreator issues with X

We are having an issue with a program called Keycreator (Cad program) as it freezes when another program vision is installed (vision=monitoring software) and we need both. has anyone see this and found a solution to run both? I have checked with both suppliers of the programs and no answers yet.
