Viruses can't be delete

I got some viruses in my pc that cannot be deleted or repair... is in the folder System Volume Information.... i can't open the folder to delete it... the viruses files are:A0699647.dll, A0699648.dll, A0699649, A0699650.dll and A0699651.exe.. Please HELP.. Thank you...

Try booting into Safe Mode and delete them that way.

or turn off sys restore and scan again

If what they told you here doesn't work, let me know because i have another way of individually deleting them.
