virus registry key locked

Heey there! im trying to get rid of w32.malum.aayu but it wont let me. zonealarm centre cant repair or delete it, neither can spybot, spywareblaster or spydoctor. i did a search in my registry and found some keys (tdftnmxv with enty's like system32\drivers\kicrbtkz.dat) in hklm cur.contr set and hklm contr.set001 002 .... but thing is i cant delete those, i cant take ownership or change permissions. the files in my system32 folder cant be remove/deleted either. What to do? when im browsing the internet most of the time i cant open the sites, i just keep getting search daily. And my systems is becoming very slow. its very very anoying. pls help!
