I got this virus that is trying to take over my pc. if you have any clues. it effects my pc with advertisment. It creats mutiple start up points eveytime i remove it it changes its name. now it has added a police potrol fake ati virus program to my pc. it does not alow me to click on the restore points it blocks it from clicking if anyone have any help please tell me.

Download Avira AntiVir Recue System ISO file and burn it on CD.

Download Malwarebytes.

Start PC from this CD, update the Antivirus definition files and scan the whole system.

Then disconnect the PC from the Internet.
Start Windows in normal mode.
Install Malwarebytes and check your system with Malwarebytes.

Down the PC, reconnect Internet and start windows again in normal mode.

I have a window XP OPS with a bad virus that has taken over my pc. eg. system restore, sytem config, safe mode, web browser. every way I try getting in it has defeted me. Right now I have it under arrest via system Diagnostic start up and have delet alot of progams it has created on my pc. Too name a few PUMP.exe WINDOW POLICE PRO.EXE-391135FB.pf system.sav software.sav Antivirus.sav the list goes on and on it does not even al;ow me to acces the internet. I just want to get rid of this by wipping out the pc reformating it or what ever and start fresh if anyone can please help me thank you very much.
