Comment:

while surfing the net many command line windows opened as below screen shot.

I disconnect the internet and opened task manager to see what new processes opened.. I intalled spysweeper and registry mechanic and they removed many ads, viruses ..etc but still the problem exist..

the problem now it whenever I connect to the internet I will be able to browse the net using only internet explorer or microsoft outlook but only for a few minutes... then the browser won't work and it shows the message that page can't be found.

In addition to that firefox doesn't work at all.. eventhough it opens in task manager only. what wonders me that internet is not disconnected because filesharing programs works fine and there is upload and download but as I said after few minutes of browsing the internet will not work in the browser??

any help is most welcomed

my level of understanding in computer is quite good so pls tell me how to find the theift "virus" in my computer and also how to control processes in the task manager.

another request is I want to know how to delete premenantely statup programs in msconfig

First you do a google on the name of the windows being open.
icaaxih.exe. This is what I did and there it was on the first page.
Second off you look at your Task manager and do a google search on everything that looks strange.
Why no replies
I think the reason is

This seems to be in doubt because this a basic problem and you were not able to fix.
If so you would have done a google search right off and found your own answer.

You should have had these thing already and been using them if you know anything about computers.
You failed to list what anti-spyware you have running.
You mention Firefox not runninng properly, have you searched the Firefox support group for help there?
If you do not like my response to you post sorry but this what I felt when I read you post.

tiyogi thanks for your reply ... but I am not here to say I am master of computers ???? .. and even if I had good knowledge about computer it doesn't mean I am perfect ? no one is perfect in everything.. about spyware I used some of them rarely as there is no anti virus programs on my PC since 2002 and I have been able to detect and defeat almost most of virus and other ads, that try to access or use my PC. and about the processes that I put a screen cpature... I did search yahoo.com for them but I did not find any useful link that help me understand how to remove it manually from my system... during the last week ... thinks went wost and I was not able to access the internet at all.. I used one of registry cleaners and it looks that it disabled all services running in my PC. this is another problem .. I tried to enable most of them using >> services.msc but some of critical services still not working ?? I want to know if there is a way to restore my services or if there is a way to repair my registry. again I am not here to argue who is master I am here to either solve my problems or help other slove thier problems...
