my trusty friend my beloved laptop,has contracted 16 virus`s all of which have been found by my Norton anti virus and a maleware i use as back up but both programmes freeze when i attempt to deal with them,can anyone help im having to use my partners laptop to get help as soon as,thanxs Angie

Try running them in safe mode and dealing with the virus's from there. Sometimes anti virus and anti spy/maleware program will hang while they disinfect your machine, however if the case is that they cannot remove the problem its probarbly because the virus in currently running.

So try safe mode, this should help.
