Virus alert

My Mums lap top starts up and then after 5 secs just keeps re booting its self. I obviuosly can't load an anti virus software until I can at least get windows to start. Help

You have the Blaster virus. Check this link out for clear removal instructions: http://helpdesk.luther.edu/antivirus/virusinfo/blaster.shtml And get a firewall up and running!!
