Virtual ram drive remove

When I create an image of partition (C:) drive by Norton Ghost 2003 application, partition wizard automatically create a 2 MB virtual ram drive and reboot with USE PC DOS and try to creating Ghost image into other drive. But my machine not create ghost image, give some error, and when I press reset bottom for restart windows, get back it in Use PC DOS position. How to remove virtual RAM drive and get back in windows. Please help me.
