Hello,

I would try one of 2 things

1. go to start, settings, control panel and click on the folder options icon.

or

2. open my computer, select help, then help topics, go to index tab and in the text field type in the word "folder". Select browse options and click on the display button below. This should display information on the fodler options portion which will provide a link. I am not sure if it will allow you to re-add the folder option back to your list but try setting options back to default to see if that helps.

Hope this helps.
