view files offline after i move PC?

Specs: Windows XP, hp Pavillion
I have my PC in another location and i want to take the computer but i will have to give Comcast time to be able to transfer my service so i want to make files available offline to view at other location until i get the internet turned back on.

Is there a way to do this?

I do not have the money to buy Cd's to do it that way nor to i have the funds for Cd's as well as i do not know how for certain to transfer the information.

So sorry for the lack of knowledge at this time I am just tired of going to the other place and my PC is at one location and its simple to switch over but i am trying to only move what i want from PC at this time.

to where i can view without the internet and hopefully take the time to go through the items moved to determine if in fact i need to keep the information.

Need help please, you should be able to download any data files from the net to your HDD and move the computer where you like. Once you've saved the info, retrieval at your convenience should be a snap.
If you already have the files on your HDD, you needn't do anything. They're already available. As you can see, I'm confused as to just what you desire.

From what I understand, Need help please is talking about the files stored on Comcast site under Comcast Secure Backup & Share storage. If this is it there is no option to view files offline.
