Hi I have a TV connected to my Gforce Graphics card going inot my VCR that goes into my TV. Its Black and White and i cannot make words out, is this normal the screen res for the monitor is set to 800x600 32bit High Colour.

Your tv out is set to NTSC. Right click the desktop and click properties. Click settings tab. Click advanced button. Within there should be a setting to change it to PAL.
If your really stuck then try downloading the latest nvidia driver from the nvidia website.
