I have made a DVD but the field order is not right and the picture flickers. I knew about this before but didn't think to check after reinstalling some software. What I want to know,( as I no longer have the original DV that I captured), is can I change the field order in any way from the MPG DVD video I still have on my PC?
It plays fine on there (PC) and on my portable DVD player, it just flickers on my main TV.
I have made a home movie DVD for family who visited us from the other side of the world so would hate for them to take this corrupted DVD home with them.

JJscoops, SWAG, did it work O.K. before? If so, what if you uninstall the offending new software and re-burn the DVD? Dunno if there's one or not, but what about using a DVD editor? HTH. Ed in Texas.
