OS: Windoows XP professional
CPU/Ram: IntelR CelrronR 2.00GHZ /

I have a video card in my pc and i record from tv and video camera by it using intervideo WinDVR sotware.
but when i open the video file which has been recorded, sound only plyed without pictures and soon the program
(i.e.Windows Media Player) stoped and error message appears:
windows media player has encountered a problem and needs to close.
and the error report contains these datas:
AppName: wmplayer.exe
AppVer: 9.0.0.2980
ModName: ivivideo.ax
ModVer: 3.1.54.0
Offest: 0004645d
and i face the same problem by using realone player , xing player .............
When i record in MPEG-2 format I face this problem but when record in MPEG-1 format everything is going ok without problems and you know MPEG-1
format is bad for video files .......
SO PLEASE HELP ME

Update your driver files and look for updates for the applications as well.
