video file problems

i have a folder on my computer which has video files in which i play, then all of a sudden they stopped playing with a picture they are just playing the sound what has happened here any ideas how i can correct the problem all other videos are playing fine

Go to your device manager and check the Hardware devices to see if there any conflicts with your video device.

What app. are you use to play them? What type of video format you have? Do you with a different player like WinAmp? Do you have recently problems wt your OS? When you try to play them what is the ERROR MESSAGE ?

Perhaps you don't have the correct codecs
Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.

all sorted now
i have uninstalled nero and in doing so deleted the codecs
