Video Card Upgrade Problem

January 12, 2010 at 00:39:40
Specs: Windows XP
Just today, I tried installing my new video card (Visiontek Radeon X1300 XT Video Card - 256MB DDR2, AGP, Dual DVI, HDTV) into my pretty old computer (Dell Dimension 4600). I have never added anything to my computer until today. The problem I'm having is that when I mount the video card onto my motherboard and power my pc on, the power light turns on and so does the activity light but it remains solid. There is no video or nothing. Can someone help?
