Comment:

Motherboard is MSI MS-6368 - PLE133
VT 8601A Apollo.

On mobo, there is some kind of modem, neither PCI, nor ISA slot. Don't know (like short PCI). Program for detection HW, PC Beginer, recognized it like [PCI] Via Modem Codec. How to put it in fuction? Where to find drivers (tried with yahoo and google, but nada).
Thank you.
