Very Very slow boot up and log on

When I switch on my computer it takes almost 30 minutes after the windows logo before I get to see the user list. In the mean time the screen is dark grey but it stays active. Then when I select one of the users it agin takes ages before the desktop with short cut icosn for that user appears

Scan with Ewido's free scanner and check out the analysis tools tab.One of the tools is a startup manager.You may have too many services activating at startup. Spyware may be the culprit also.
