I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

I have a Linksys BEFSR41 4-port router, and want to filter out certain ports on PC#1, which is connected to Port #1 on my router. I am required to fill in this in order for the router to filter the ports through this computer:

192.168.1.### ....Once again, would I type "101" or "100" if the computer is connected to the FIRST port?

It doesn't matter what port it's in, only what order DHCP assigned the addresses.
Go to
start->run->cmd->ipconfig
to find out your ip address.

Better yet, give your computer a static address, that way it won't get changed by the dhcp. Check out this page.
