Does anyone know, what..."Veritas Drive Letter Access" means.?
Where on my system do I find it, and how
do I get rid of it.?

Veritas are best known for backup software, mainly tape backup I think. You should be able to remove their s/ware through Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
