I get the error message "veritas drive letter access installed" when trying to install Nero InCD 4. I think it may be due to HP RecordNOW which I had installed before Nero (version 6 Ultra Edition). But I uninstalled RecordNOW before installing Nero. I've tried using the Search feature and can't find any programs listed as Veritas, and no Veritas programs are listed in the Add/Remove Software list. Is there any other way to find and remove "veritas drive letter access"?

Here is the manual for InCD 4. This software is incompatible with any other packet writing software. Also there may be problems with WinXP and InCD. I suggest that you remove InCD and run a registry cleaner, reboot and then try installing again. Try Regcleaner4.3. Find it here:
