Can u get to ur bios screen ?? If so, set to optimal defaults and try again.
If ur machine won't even get that far, u have a hardware prob.
Either way, try removing all ur PCI cards and re-seat or replace the RAM.
GoodLuck

Make sure the hard disk drives and CD drive is jumpered properly. Also, make sure the IDE drives in the BIOS are set to auto.
Your boot sector data may also be corrupted. You may be required to repartition and reformat the boot hard disk drive. (on primary master)

DMI Pool Data When the computer is running the power-on self test (POST), it may stop responding (hang), and a "Verifying DMI pool data" error message may be displayed. This issue is caused by the hardware. To resolve this issue, contact your computer manufacturer.
