Hi peoples, How's it goin? I've posted problems here before and always found people kind enough to take the time out to help so..here goes...when my pc starts up It says VCSEnv.dll error this application cant start up intsalling it again may help..or words to that effect, sorry If Im being vague, Im a bit of a newcomer to pc's so I'd appreciate any help.

Go into MSconfig disable all startup items and restart if you don't get the error you have just isolated the issue,all you need do is pinpoint the program by enabling the startup items back in batches.Goodluck

You could search your hardrive for that file.
Select open containing folder and see what it is related to.
That is not an xp dll file. I dont have it on my machine. It must be for one of your software apps you have installed.
If you deleted it already you could simply rename the file to oldvcsenv.dll and it wont show errors anymore, that is if you dont need it.
