What is Player to play VCD Disk or which SW to convert VCD to MP3 or CDA. Any help is appreciate

Windows Media Player will play VCD's. You just have to navigate to the .dat files on the CD (which are really just .mpeg files). In fact, if you copy the .dat files to your hard drive, you can change the file extension to .mpeg and they'll then play in your default player, just by double clicking them.
