I DID AN MICROSOFT UPGRADE AND WAS GOING TO MAKE AN BACKUP DISC. AND MY WIZARD PROGRAM IS GONE. HOW CAN I GET IT BACK ON MY PC THANKS KIM

Most manufacturers only allow one backup CD to be made. If you have already created one, that could be the reason. Check your manual.

To add to the above correct info you can slipstream the service packs into the disk you already made. That will upgrade it to the same level, which should be WinXP SP3.

If you upgraded to a different OS like Vista then you need to make an image of the partition/drive using a aftermarket utility.

BTW, using all caps is considered shouting and therefore is rude.
