To add to the above correct info you can slipstream the service packs into the disk you already made. That will upgrade it to the same level, which should be WinXP SP3.
If you upgraded to a different OS like Vista then you need to make an image of the partition/drive using a aftermarket utility.
BTW, using all caps is considered shouting and therefore is rude.
