Utility That Stops Sound & Animatio

Hello Everyone: I use to have a free utility to stop sound or animation on websites and it would lay on my browser and I could just click on it to stop/start it. I lost the website, does anyone know of a website for this? I know it can be done with the settings on internet options, but I want to be able to click on and off fast. Thanks
