Using Updates in WinXP Setup

Hi, I have downloaded lots of updates from MS's Windows Update Website. Now I want to make a CD that will have the WinXP Installation + the Update.
My Problem is that WinXP CD is Bootable, and if I try to make a new CD it woudn't be Bootable. I know I can make a Bootable CD with the help of Easy CD Creator or Nero but these are only DOS/Win9x Boots which would make me use only FAT32.
