using batch without having CMD access

Specs: Windows XP
I need to copy few files from network regularly, I used to use batch file for copying files but now I dont have CMD access and I want to copy these files using any automated way that can be used with normal user credential.
Any solution for this is highly appreciated

Maybe I have missed something. Why don't you have CMD access?

Sallukhan, you should be able to copy to your machine with no problems, but in most cases you can't alter saved files on the master disk without the proper level of access.
