Users can't access USB Mass Storage

Only Admins can access a USB Mass Storage Device. When a users plugs one in XP installs but it doesn't give access to it. I've found ways to disable access to flash type devices but no to enable access to users. I even made the user an admin and still could not access the drive from thier account but have no problems from other user accounts.

Try this: First make the user and Admin, then connect the device (if you've already connected it, then delete it from the Device Manager and reboot before doing this). Then after everything works, log off, and change them back to a normal user.
Basically what should be happening is that it needs to make some changes to the Registry, and as a normal user this can't be done, so once those changes are written, they should then be able to use it without having to be an Admin...
