UserData folder

CPU/Ram: 1900+/512MB

I have a folder called UserData. It has many sub-folders where most of them are empty. The ones that are not empty only have one file. This file is: oWindowsUpdate[1].xml 1K That's it. Can I delete these folders without any problems?
