a error message pops up telling me that "windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close". so i click "dont send" and then my computer goes blank except for my backround...then the error message just pops right back up again. latly ive just been hiding it behind my taskbar. unable to fix it. but now, when i try to do certain things...like make a new folder on my desktop..my computer f---s up. it even returns after i restart.
the computer didnt come with a windowsXP disk for me to reinstall...and i have no idea what to do. anyhelp? please explain in detail...i know computers, but not techincal stuff. thanks...
