revently avery time i reboot my acer laptop 2 messages say that user32.dll file has been misplaced and another file named shell.dll has taken it's place in system32 in windows!! how can I remedy this error!! Please! night rider

Do you have user32.dll in this folder C:\WINDOWS\system32
