Comment: Hello, I had an XP exam question. The question was that a profile was created for a user with eyesight problems and then a new user came and used the same computer, when he logged in to that computer, the appearance was big for him too. Does someone has an answer for me, please

Reply: (edit)I don't really see a question there. There are Accessability Option that can be installed under Windows. Possibly this is what you are referring to. If the resolution was set at a low number like 640x480 everything on the screen would appear large.

Reply: (edit)Thanks for getting back so quickly. May be I did not phrase my question clearly. What I mean is that the user who has an eyesight problem has her own profile and the new user has a different profile. So if she used the computer, the resolution would be like you said 640x480 for her but would it be the default resolution for the next user as well.

Reply: (edit)Quite honestly I don't know if resolution is something that can be changed in a user profile but I think so. You have a computer in front of you, why don't you setup a user profile with a different resolution than you use and see.

Reply: (edit)Hello OtheHill and Razor2.3, I followed your advice OtheHill by creating a new profile and it kept my own resolution setting. Like you said Razor2.3, it is a hardware setting. Thanks to both of you.

Reply: (edit)Most other settings should be customizable in different profiles. Try right clicking an empty space on the screen and select properties> appearance> font size. You can set fonts to be larger.
