a dell computer/ 3 user profiles set up one of them loads fine no messages but cannot log into any program eg web mail etc programs eg easy share etc do not load both other profiles work fine

Is the one in question set up with limited rights or Admin rights?

go to control panel and select users .. passwords.. select the profile you wish to add rights to and go for it. You have to be logged in as administrator to do this.
