'User' installing a printer

CPU/Ram: 1ghz / 256MB RAM

Is it posible to give the users group or the power users group rights to install local printers?

There must be loads of people who look after laptops which are out in the field and who need to give the user rights to in stall a printer when they are away from the office. This is so frustrating because the users keep moaning about this to me!

At the run line type in
"gpedit.msc" (no quotes)
Then browse to-
User config
Admin templates
Control panel
Printers

I think if you configure it there, they will be able to do this.
