User Environment error

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 1.809 GHz / 1023 MB
Hi, Please help me with this problem. I had rebuild my PC, and when i create user, i can't go to it. Even don't see the desktop just error appears - "User Environment" "Windows can not create temporally profile directory.." And then jumps other one: "DETAIL The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable" I don't have an idea how i can fix it :P can't create other user :( Please Help! Thank You.

You rebuilt your PC ????

When you change critical hardware like CPU, Motherboard, etc, then you must do this ---

sounds also like disk corruptions. run chkdsk /r on each partition [disk drive letter]

press F8 and boot your computer in safe mode....run chkdsk or do system restore....

im not cumputer geniuous i don't understand anything whats is Chdsk orsomthing :P
